FUEL STATION ATTENDANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Greet and assist customers
• Operate fuel pumps and fill vehicle tanks with gasoline or diesel fuel
• Collect payments from customers and provide receipts. Making change or charge purchases to credit cards or accounts.
• Check oil levels, wash windshields and replace windshield wipers if needed
• Answer questions and provide directions if needed
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the fuel station and surrounding area
• Exhibit an ability to get along with others
• Practice punctual and reliable attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Commitment to excellence especially in terms of providing outstanding customer service
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift, carry and load 30-pound weight requirements
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proven track record of being dependable and reliable
• Possess a valid driver license and maintain a safe driving record
• Experience working at a gas station, retail or similar environment preferred

SCHEDULE
This is a part-time position, 16-32 hours/week. Sunday through Saturday. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
