Destination Residences Snowmass is a resort collection with 12 Snowmass locations featuring private villas, homes, townhomes and condominiums. Our diverse inventory of 400 vacation residences ranges from traditionally-sized hotel rooms to 5-bedroom accommodations. Guests can choose from an array of modest to luxurious lodging located slope-side to the Snowmass Ski Area, and within walking distance to Snowmass Club golf course.
A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

Wage Information
- The hourly rate for this position starts at $22.00.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
- Good customer skills are also required.
