Home Care Administrative Assistant Job at PACE of the Southern Piedmont
PACE of the Southern Piedmont(POSP) is a not-for-profit, community-based organization committed to the wellness of seniors and is seeking a Home Care Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a healthcare setting working with frail/elderly individuals.
As the Home Care Service Coordinator you will:
- Complete and update authorizations to provide in home care for POSP participants.
- Coordinate and authorize incontinence supplies utilizing cost effective measures.
- Identify emerging needs as “high risk” and coordinate care accordingly to improve outcomes.
- Conduct community agency visits as needed.
- Assist with scheduling and recruitment of Home Care personnel.
