About the Job:

TGen Human Resources is seeking to add a full-time HR Generalist to its team. This position will be a key member of a small, hardworking HR group that provides critical support to the brilliant minds at TGen. The incumbent will gain exposure to all areas within the HR function, will have the opportunity to work independently on tactical and strategic issues, and will have support and guidance from highly experienced HR leaders. Responsibilities

• Interacts directly with employees and leaders on policy and process issues. May support assigned units independently, demonstrating the requisite skills, experience, knowledge/understanding of TGen’s culture, methods, policies and processes to support assigned customers directly.
• Provides support to HR Partner, Benefits/Wellness Manager and SVP HR in recruiting, total rewards, employee relations and organizational development.
• Performs transactional functions, ensuring personnel data is entered into HR systems in an accurate and timely manner. Ensures personnel information and changes are accurately recorded in applicable systems.
• Serves as a resource to employees and leaders regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Administers assigned HR programs, or elements of HR programs, (e.g., new

employee orientation, referral bonuses, culture committee, exit interviews, etc.)

• The HRG conducts all duties with appropriate levels of discretion, good judgment and confidentiality.

  Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years working in a human resources, preferably in a generalist role, and with experience in lab, research or healthcare environment
• Extremely detailed in processes to perform self-checks, data audits and ensures all process steps are followed and communicated
• Must be highly collaborative, able to take direction and guidance, and able to interact effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills.
