Become Interim Clinical Nurse Manager- Mixed Patient Acuity for a Level I Trauma Hospital!

The Position

• The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager - Mixed Patient Acuity cares for a wide variety of patients within a 25-bed unit, including trauma, strokes, gunshot victims, diabetes, etc., in a Level I Trauma Hospital located in Louisville, KY.
• Responsible for holding staff increasingly accountable to continue to steer culture in positive direction.
• Focus on PEX – bedside shift report, communication boards, patient and staff rounding with purpose.
• Hands-on care not expected, may be required pitch in on the floor when needed.

Requirements

• COVID vaccination will be required for this role.
• KY RN license or compact license.
• Previous academic medical center experience
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks upon acceptance.
