ABOUT YOUR ROLE A person in this position oversees a variety of Family Services functions, to be determined by the Family Services Manager. Pay rate for this position is $18 - $20 depending on experience; This is position also includes a sign-on-bonus of $750.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will fill in on cases as needed due to staff vacancies or high-level cases and will have weekly billing
- Will function as the caseworker for any Private Pay cases
- Complete Program Outcomes and monitor caseload tracking forms weekly
- Create CYS Monthly Review Schedule and facilitate meetings
- Will coordinate the training of new staff
- Complete projects as assigned by Program Manger
- Effectively communicate with supervisors/managers, individuals, family members, staff and other service providers.

TRAVEL
- This position requires up to 10% travel throughout the Huntingdon County. Some travel to other county may be required at times.
- Position requires staff to drive and transport clients in both agency owned and personal vehicles.
- Properly load and unload individuals to/from vehicles.
- Follow vehicle safety guidelines, as defined by state regulation and company policy, at all times.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least three years of experience working with children and families; or
- Bachelor’s Degree in unrelated field with minimum 12 credits in a Human Service-related course, i.e., psychology, sociology, counseling, etc. and at least three years of experience working with children and families

- Position requires a valid Pennsylvania license with a good driving record.
