Med Spa Front Desk Job at Medical Spa
We are a busy, upscale Medical Spa in South Orange County that takes great pride in our client care and customer service. We provide a variety of services such as Botox & fillers, facials, skincare, vitamin IV infusions, laser resurfacing and permanent make up. We are looking for a positive, upbeat, motivated and genuine person with experience in the aesthetic industry, to be the face of our facility and client experiences. This position will provide 3-4 working days per week, 6-8 hour shifts per day.
Some responsibilities of the position include: pleasantly greeting clients over the phone and in the spa, managing client appointments/check-ins/check-outs, overseeing the schedule for multiple nurses, estheticians, and front desk. Managing inbound inquiries via telephone/email/text, cleanliness of the retail boutique and common areas of the facility, maintaining knowledge of the services we offer, converting phone calls and walk-ins to appointments, managing all client questions/comments/complaints/feedback, and overseeing the daily operations.
A minimum of 1 year in the aesthetic industry is a must, this is not an entry level position. Advanced education with our product brands and vendors will be provided for the right candidate.
