Office Manager

McGuire furniture Rental & Sales is a locally owned and operated

company since 1981. We are looking for a new team member to fill the Office

Manager position.


Qualifications:

McGuire Furniture Rental & Sales is looking for a hard worker with leadership qualities that is organized, self-motivated, and reliable, with a positive outgoing attitude.

Job duties:

1. Accounts Payable & Receivables

2. File & Contract Management

3. Maintain & Order Office Supplies

4. Customer Service & Sales

5. Update Website

6. Personnel Management

Knowledge of the following programs is preferred:

Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, & Outlook

Sage (Peachtree) or equivalent accounting software

Location:

650 Fee Fee Rd, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 (Near Westport Plaza)
