Process Control is the front-line of the Operations Division providing support to countless internal business areas. The primary responsibility is to prepare paper claims and/or documents for scanning in a timely and accurate manner on behalf of our members, providers, and accounts.

The successful candidate will be multi-functional and work collaboratively within a fast-paced production environment to meet changing business needs and requirements for processing documents. Must exhibit spirit of flexibility and teamwork to support the success of the organization and personal development goals.

This position is an essential role to our organization where it is required to be in the office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:
Perform document classification and scanner prep
Index scanned correspondence into Salesforce and/or Medhok software for business areas
Fulfill internal document retrieval requests
Physically support on- and off-site storage, which includes standing while retrieving documents from the file room, and squatting/bending/reaching/lifting to place documents on file shelves and in boxes
Consistently achieve desk level quality and productivity standards
Exhibit a clear understanding of unit priorities and workflows
Ability to recognize pertinent information missing on documents
Complete assigned work inventories as directed and raise flags when necessary
Cross train peers, new associates and/or temps
Contribution of innovative ideas for process improvements
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Ability to determine appropriate actions in ambiguous situations
Ability to conduct provider number lookups using HURON
Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to change as business needs change within the organization
Demonstrated ability to process a high volume of production work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Recent work history that supports excellent organization, problem-solving, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Proven written and verbal communications skills are essential
Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, demonstrating strong time management skills
Demonstrate initiative, accountability, customer-focus, professionalism and a positive team spirit
PC skills a plus

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent business experience

Minimum Education Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

Location Hingham Time Type Full time

Hourly Range: $20.03 - $24.48

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
