• You should have 2+ years of experience working in a QA role and be ready to step into this position and contribute immediately.

• As a team player, you are not afraid of reaching out to your colleagues to discuss quality challenges with our product, especially when you are not sure the functionality is as designed or if there are unintended issues not seen in the original specification.
• You are organized and are able to handle shifting priorities gracefully, sometimes managing several responsibilities at once.
• You are fluent in English.

Required tech skills….

• Experience testing in web applications
• Experience testing in iOS and Android
• Experience crafting Test Plans/regression tests
• Experience debugging defects through the use of error-monitoring tools
• Experience writing defect reports with the appropriate level of specificity

What you'd do….

• Heavily involved in conducting manual regression and new feature testing in each release cycle
• Own defect findings from beginning to end from well-documented defect reports to discussion with engineers through to re-testing and resolution
• Own the manual regression test suite: craft test cases for new functionality, remove test cases that have been automated
• Write test case specs for automation engineers and confirm automation tests meet spec deliverables
• Contribute to a common knowledge base through documentation and presenting new feature work to the larger team
• Active participant in the SDLC through participation in grooming sessions and developing Test Plans against acceptance criteria for new functionality

Nice to have tech skills....

• Familiarity with test tools such as TestQuality
• Familiarity with automation testing software
• Familiarity with Jira
• Familiarity with GitHub
