Floorplan Scanners

The Virtuance team does the heavy lifting of scheduling your day with scans, client communications, product deliveries, client billing, issue resolution and all other administrative tasks! The expectations of this opportunity are that our Floorplan Scanner Partners show up on time, scan the property per the specs (don’t worry, we have a great certification program to ensure you’re up to speed quickly), have great customer service onsite with the homeowner and upload the scan via the app. We take care of the rest! Virtuance even provides a dedicated team that helps resolve any issues that you might come across in the field!

Requirements:

-Excitement to take on this new opportunity!

-Ready to join the best network of real estate marketing professionals out there

-Reliable and fast internet connection is vital (must be 10Mbps or higher)

-Have a driver’s license, reliable vehicle and comfortable driving long distances.

-Must be able to provide a DBA/EIN

-Smartphone for directions and access to your schedule as well as uploading

-Have equipment that is compatible with our Floorplan Capture Method or be willing to rent this equipment

-Thrive on creating a positive customer experience for the sellers while onsite at their property

Required Equipment Specifications:

• iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13 (Any 3 models welcomed! )
• Inside Maps HERO Motor compatible with your iPhone
• Sturdy Tripod with a Ball Head

Compensation:

Floorplan Scanners are compensated a percentage of the total package price ordered by the client and compensation increases with experience. More details will be provided after initial contact.
