Essential Job Functions:

· Perform customer service duties

o Assist customers in finding the item they need

o Resolve any issues

o Initiate returns/ exchanges

o Inform customers of company policies

· Work with management to meet goals

· Open/ close store

· Display merchandise

· Change price tags

· Stock shelves and display cases

· Receive merchandise

· Ship merchandise (applicable stores only)

· Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, product information, etc.

· Handle cash transactions

· Meet sales quotas (to reach commission)

· Event preparation and participation

Physical Requirements:

· Walking, Bending down, Crouching down, Standing, Lifting and or carrying boxes up to 50lbs maximum, Seeing, and Hearing.

Educational Requirements:

· Highschool Diploma or GED

Experience Requirements:

· Basic Math

· Sales Experience (3+ years)

· Customer Service Experience (3+ years)

· Telemarketing Experience

· Account Management

· Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills

· Basic Computer Knowledge

· POS experience

· Restocking

· Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
