• Collaborates with aligned account consultant on service plans to document baseline IH activity, metrics, goals, and outcomes to track progress in reducing the frequency and severity of losses while demonstrating the value of Liberty Mutual.
• For assigned clients, partners with Leaders and IH Technical Directors to understand and ensure capacity to deliver on service expectations.
• Identify opportunities and designs projects that reduce risk and increase the amount and quality of IH services customers choose to purchase from Liberty Mutual.
• Provides consultation, information, and expert analysis to assist the account team with new business solicitation and renewals.
• Demonstrates and executes thought leadership on service/account life cycle concepts. Collaborates with IH PD/TDs to coach peers in service-related functions and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s in Industrial Hygiene, Environment Health and Safety, Engineering, (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Industrial hygiene.
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Required and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Service Management Experience: 5+ years with 2,000+ annual hours or $250,000+ in account value under management.
• Thorough knowledge of Industrial Hygiene sampling methods and equipment for manufacturing and mining exposures. Understanding of regulatory occupational exposure limits.
