Social Media Coordinator Job at Aesthetic MD
As Social Media Coordinator you will be responsible for creating cohesive branding collateral through multiple outlets. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way by managing all social media accounts to achieve our marketing goals. You will have maximum opportunity in this role to grow as a marketer, take initiative to start new projects, and use your creativity.
WHO YOU ARE
You are passionate about the aesthetic/beauty/med spa industry. You are extremely savvy in the world of digital marketing and have experience with measuring social media consumer data trends to develop more effective campaigns. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and can learn quickly/think outside of the box. You are ambitious, creative and have a great visual eye.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate and publish content on platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Communicate with followers, respond to messages in a timely manner and engage with users on a daily basis
- Create Email Marketing campaigns
- Monitor metrics and analyze trends to improve campaigns
- Curate monthly newsletters in order to increase client engagement/sales
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends
- Occasional in-office event planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Two+ years of experience in social media management
- Experience with Excel, Google Analytics, Constant Contact, Canva
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (copywriting skills)
- Exceptional analytical, project management and time-management skills
EXPERIENCE
- College degree in Marketing and/or Communications
- 1+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, social and online marketing in an aesthetic practice
- Experience in beauty industry a MUST!!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
