Tech Director

The Tech Director is a leadership role, responsible for executing Sundays and developing leaders that lead leaders. Their main goals are to remove any and all distractions from worship services and build up a team that humbly serves out of their joy. The Tech Director is also responsible for any/all tech needs across the EDH campus and any special events planned by Vintage Grace.

Tech volunteers:

• Invest in team members directly and personally through meals, check-ins, and invitations to projects
• Monthly tech team scheduling
• Recruit new team members and train the current team members to recruit as well
• Maintain a team culture that is consistent with the vision and values of Vintage Grace

Sundays:

• Utilize all AVL equipment to execute services smoothly and effectively
• Mid-week preparation: lighting, ProPresenter, stage plot/setup, Sunday sync, service planning
• Lead morning run through and circle up time to empower volunteers

Interdepartmental:

• Collaborate with Comms and GS for Sunday assets
• Available for AVL support for all other departments and events around campus
• Assist Worship Pastor & Comms Team with recording & creating video stories

Excellence:

• Maintain consistent project schedule to improve systems and increase efficacy
• Troubleshooting/device maintenance
• Research advancements that will aid the execution of the mission and vision of Vintage Grace

Growth:

• Invest in your personal, spiritual growth on a daily basis
• Who is your one? Commit to making disciples who make disciples
• Plan yearly budget with Worship Pastor
• Dream/Plan & Support all church plants and Family of Church partners when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
