Hello Upstate! We are Tropical Grille and we are incredibly excited to announce the upcoming opening of our newest location in the beautiful city of Easley on Calhoun Memorial Hwy! Over the last ten years we have been steadily growing in upstate South Carolina. We have locations in Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, Spartanburg, Easley, Lexington, Simpsonville, Clemson, Charlotte and even Charleston!!!

This new Easley unit is located in the heart of Calhoun Memorial HWY! We are currently recruiting for all positions both Front of House and Back of House. Our front of house team members are the face of our business, as well as being able to handle anything that comes their way our expectations is that they are also able to turn around and fulfill an order when necessary. Our cooks are the backbone and heart of our operation. They are expected to uphold brand and food quality standards while always keeping cool and communicating effectively. Our candidates must be reliable and friendly as the position is very much dependent on their attendance we expect only A+ personalities to represent us. We plan on opening several locations in the Carolinas in 2021 and on so this is a great opportunity to get on board with a rapidly expanding company that has plenty of room for advancement and has several new locations in the immediate future.

Candidates must have a Positive Attitude, High Energy Level, Strong Attention to Detail, Reliable Transportation to and from work, Professional Demeanor, Be Guest Focused, Have Excellent Communication Skills and a Genuine Passion for Pleasing People. Pay rates are competitive and generous for qualified candidates. Employees and managers receive tips on top of their pay and all full time employees can enroll in healthcare if desired. The Ideal Candidate will have a full availability, reliable transportation and a hunger for a challenging and rewarding work environment. We are assessing future leaders from our employee roster for our next locations as well as looking to empower our strongest candidates to move up and develop our current units.
