Low Voltage Cable Technician with paid training
Vitek Solutions Inc. is one of the largest subcontractors of Charter Spectrum St. Louis. We are looking to hire full-time Low Voltage Cable Installation Technicians. We offer PAID on-the-job training. If you are a cable veteran with confirmed experience or have no experience and are eager to learn the business, then contact us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under limited supervision, install and service customers products in their homes or small businesses.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Knows, understands, and follows company policy.
Requirements for Position:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, drug test, and job related physical.
- Must be able to obtain an appropriate and valid state issued class e driver’s license by the end of training.
- Able to work as a member of a team and complete work in a timely manner with the possibility of little direct supervision.
- Produce work that consistently meets or exceeds expectations with the goal of eliminating trouble calls and/or repeat installs.
- Desires to provide excellent customer service to subscribers
- A Samsung Galaxy S8, S9, S10e, or S20FE smart phone (within 30days of hire, plans are available through company)
Working Conditions:
- All weather conditions, possibly for extended periods of time.
- In residences, potentially in attics, basements, and/or crawlspaces.
- Company Offers:
- Paid Training $12.00 per hour while in training after training you can make up to $1200+ per week.
