CEP Customer Service Representative - medi USA Job at Medi USA - Medi Manufacturing, Inc.
The CEP Customer Service Rep will process orders, provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging issues from reps or accounts with accuracy and efficiency. Duties include processing orders and returns, answering telephone and email inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting CEP’s products. The CSR will need to be familiar with our brand’s concepts, practices, and procedures and rely on experience and use best judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Qualifications
- Extreme attention to detail – i.e., attention to special discounts, terms, ship dates, etc.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education and/or Experience
- Associates degree
- 4-6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
