How will I make an impact?
- Craft and deliver brand messages to meet our objectives, increase brand awareness, and improve our competitive positioning and advantage. Implement, refine and contribute to the vision and strategy for all agency marketing materials, and fundraising campaigns.
- Design, create and deliver marketing campaigns and collaterals to support the growth and expansion of CCFW programs and services.
- Contribute to and execute CCFW’s marketing plan to ensure marketing goals are met, including running successful campaigns, assisting fundraising objectives, and increasing social media metrics.
- Implement, refine and contribute to the vision and strategy for all agency marketing materials, and fundraising campaigns.
- Assist Events team with the creation of event marketing design and content.
- Draft, design, build, and disseminate various newsletters and email campaigns to a segmented list of donors and supports on a weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed basis.
- Assist the Marketing Team with uploading and crafting website (blog) content for all current and upcoming events and campaigns in addition to basic website updates.
- Assist Marketing team in the development of compelling content, including writing, basic photo, and video editing and basic graphic design.
- Help create social media content (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) related to agency events and campaigns.
Who We're Looking For
Someone who believes that ending poverty is possible!
- 1+ years Marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
- Excellent writing skills and familiarity with AP style.
- Experience with email marketing software, such as Luminate, Pardot, Constant Contact, etc.
- In depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods.
- Hands on experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite [InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop], Canva) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation and a current Texas driver’s license
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time position with an hourly range of $20-$24, based on skills and experience.
