Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. The Service Delivery Manager ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to assess future needs and requirements to understand forecast activities
• Overseeing your teams’ contracts and quotes to ensure we harvest our contracts and monitor outstanding customer financials
• Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support
• Forecasting and scheduling to maximize productivity and efficient use of people, resources and equipment
• Providing records of products consumed to customer representatives at sites, ensuring successful inventory tracking and invoice submission
• Following and recording internal Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant environment

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in a related field and experience in chemicals sales or service or similar
• Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience of chemicals sales or service or similar
• Be able to travel regionally within the Permian Basin up to 50% with some overnights
• Be experienced at balancing high-pressure work and tight deadlines
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external customers, teams and suppliers

Pay: $109,000.00 - $136,765.24 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
