The Budlong, a Nashville Hot Chicken Joint. Hot Chicken is enjoyably spicy, deliciously crispy, fried chicken; first served as a plate of revenge to Thornton Prince in Nashville, TN. We use locally sourced, anti-biotic & hormone-free chickens. Each plate is served atop Texas toast, with house-made pickles. Our sides are made from scratch daily: Budlong biscuits, mac n cheese, & cole slaw. We also serve house-made banana pudding! Join us for a meal, a smile, and some funky jams (dancing optional).
The Team Member will greet and inform guests, take guests through the ordering process, ring orders in the register and process payment, distribute drinks as purchased, and open bottled beverages for customers. The Team Member will expedite orders as well.
For dine-in guests, Team Member will serve water and/or purchased beverages, serve plates to tables, perform table touches, take care of guest needs, clear plates/glasses, prepare tables for next guests.
The Team Member will ensure appropriate quantities of breaded chicken are on the station prior to service, appropriate quantities of food are prepped at open, and all food is made to specifications at the appropriate pace to maintain sales volume and minimize customer wait time. Team Member will maintain cleanliness and stocking of station, will filter/maintain/replace fryer oil as appropriate. Team Member will support FOH and BOH team as flow of business dictates.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
